Paul has been one of the top players and coaches in the New York area for the past ten years. He is a former National Junior Champion from Guyana and has participated in the Caribbean and Latin America Games. Known for his very strong serve and backhand loop, Paul has also won the Open Singles at the Westfield Table Tennis Club Open. He is often a sparring partner for U.S. Olympic Team member Wang Chen at the Manhattan Table Tennis Club.
Paul is also featured as part of the "Dirty Dozen" at Spin New York where the top 12 players in the nation compete.
